The cost of your treatment will vary depending on your individual treatment plan. We will discuss with you the cost of your treatment and each of our available payment options before you begin. FINANCIAL POLICY
The team at Korte Family Dentistry is committed to assist you with the investment you make in your dental health. We make every effort to keep our fees reasonable while using the highest quality of materials available.
INSURANCE
We accept most conventional insurance plans. Our office is Preferred Provider (PPO) for Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska, Cigna, Delta Dental Premier, and United Healthcare. As a courtesy to our patients, we will submit your insurance claims. Dental insurance is an excellent aid in alleviating some of your out-of-pocket expenses. However, they rarely cover the full cost of care and co-payments are due at the time of service.
PAYMENTS
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We do offer a 5% cash discount when balances are paid in full at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we are pleased to offer the CareCredit card, North America’s leading patient payment program. CareCredit has a full range of payment plans to meet every financing need, including deferred interest and low monthly payments with no upfront costs.
